And bankers who rob the people actually go to jail as well. If it wasn’t for stoning women for not covering up their hair it would be a pretty gold justice system. Lol

Yeah, I agree, when I worked AP long ago by the border, we use to have a case load on a group of cats that would roll around with a calculator, literally, not a cell phone and would grab certain stuff and stuff their pants or other garments up to just shy of the limit. I use to shake them down for everything they had, including their calculators, since I would intercept them so far away from the doors that running wasn't an option in their mind... lol.. not to brag, but I was pretty good... just didn't like the police interaction... among other things...

I agree. Our penalties are not a strong enough deterrent. I think a real easy solve would be to kill off the mineral trade. If they can't sell the metal they'll stop stealing it.

In my home town copper theft was a huge problem for a while. It got to the point where if you bring copper to a metal recycling they document your information. You are registered and your scrap sales are too. When I was a service plumber I would bring in a lot of scrap copper for beer money. Sure, some thieves would get a friend to do the fencing but it made their "job" harder and they had to split the return.

No, she just knew we were headed to Hawaii :spy:
If we didn't have to drop off the doggies with my sister I would have driven the VW.

I did mine at a small shop with a magnaflow cat where you could see the work area, no change in sound for me (4cyl) with a quite quiet cat back exhaust, but I watched the guy remove it and install it. $250 welded on passed smog flawlessly in Nor Kal

My oh my, Magnaflows are about $2k. BUT Hottexhaust has 20% off right now so only $1,600 lol. They'll be better than the cheapy ones I have now at least.

If I see someone trying to steal these... I may end up in prison
