I have an 02 AC TRD OR and the seat was fine for about 100k....get a bit on the uncomfortable side now. Have you thought of pulling the drivers seat and having it re-done. It is sort of a bucket seat to start with and I'd bet a good shop could contour it and make it pretty comfy....and it would fit!

You might also be able to find a set of limited seats and have them re-done as the limiteds had buckets. Not sure what else you would have to change as in carpet and such if you switch to buckets.

Look in junk yards. I do believe you can use up to 2006 seat they should be the same bolt sizes in the floor but don't quote me.
