Eugene, Orygun. Travels all over the place installing coal fired plant "less pollution" upgrades. He's semi retired but still need the big bucks but is tired of it all.

Many many years ago I made a resolution to never make any more resolutions. So far, I've kept that resolution.

As you know Hot Pot doesn't suck either. I guess you could add guts to it but no need to.

I smoked for 10 years and told myself I would have quit for at least 6 months before I got my wife preggo. 4 and a half years ago I got a prescription for Chantix and had quit smoking within 2 weeks. Still crave them when I drink but it's manageable. Might wanna check it out if you're serious about quitting.

I smoked from 18 - 34. Haven't had a cig for 3 years (4 in Februaury). I used a vape and weaned myself from 9 down to 0mg of nicotine over 2 months, then stopped vaping completely. Don't miss cigs at all, I have the occasional cigar when I'm playing poker, which isn't nearly as frequent as it once was.

Don't get the urge when I drink, thankfully.. but on long drives in shitty traffic I still want to light up. I just make hand gestures and yell at the idiots to satiate myself.

I actually tried Chantix. It made me feel nauseous. Tried everything else too. Problem with me is I have really bad withdrawal symptoms and physically get sick. I get a really high temperature and flu-like symptoms. I had a 103* temperature the last 3 days and I thought I had the flu. But all my flu symptoms are gone now. I think it was because I stopped vaping and tried smoking 3 cigs a day. It sounds a little crazy but I’ve gone through this like 5 times now. Happens every time. If I didn’t physically get sick, I would’ve quit a long time ago.

    1. Continue improving health, diet and exercise with the goal of completing a 5k without walking and running 3-4 obstacle course races within the year.
    2. Go camping more often.
    3. Try not to get so frustrated with my kiddos and try to understand their wants and needs better. If only the ~2yo could talk and tell me what he wants.

After a rough 2 years due to losing loved ones (my Dad, MIL, and BIL) my only resolve is to deepen and work on important relationships. Time is to short.

We've been very blessed for a long time but losing loved ones really sucks, especially when you know the relationships could have/should have been better with just a little bit of effort.
