I recently purchased my white 2013 Tundra Limited on December 230, 2017. It was absolutely clean and looked brand new with about 37,3500 miles on it. For a variety of reasons I have not put that many miles on it (mostly due to being under the weather for almost two months). And now it's been at a Toyota dealer in Auburn, CA for a very elusive emissions issue associated with a circuit or connection malfunction. It generated code P144C following the check engine light (along with 4Lo and TRAC)
    coming on
    .
To date the dealer replaced the Engine Control Module, and the air pump heater relay, but it did not resolve the problem. Fortunately
, it is still under the 8 year 80k mile emissions warranty. I have been without if for over a week now. The dealer did provide a loaner Tundra (2016) at day 6 to use until the problem is resolved. Once the problem is resolved I will share it in the forum.

Up to this point, I have always driven Ford 150s. I ventured into the Tundra world based on solid recommendations from my mechanic who indicated that he rarely does repairs to Tundras.

Aside form this problem, so far I really like this truck. While the overall gas mileage is about 13.8 mpg, it is comparable to my previous 2000 Ford 150, but it is twice the truck in many ways.

Welcome from NorCal. I wonder if it could be secondary air pump related? That's one of the few things I've heard of that sometimes goes wrong.

BTW, I almost bought my truck from the dealer in Auburn. I had a deal worked out and the truck was wrecked while being delivered, or so I was told.
