So they shouldn't be allowed to do that if they want to?
    Does it annoy you?

Man it blows my mind how people will pay these phone carriers additional fees monthly to upgrade their phone every time a new one comes out. I always pay my phones outright and hold onto them until I absolutely need to upgrade.

It’s not so much that the older stuff is “better”, it’s that the cost of purchasing the latest $1000+ iPhone every couple years is not a justifiable purchase in terms of what is gained from doing so at least for myself.

So I tend to hold on to my stuff a lot longer than the typical American who think they need the latest greatest thing, unless that latest greatest thing offers something that is realistically useful in the real world to me, not just on paper.

    To each their own.

You're trying to gas light the wrong person here. I could care less if you bought a flip phone or a pager. Point is newer isn't always better. But you're more than welcomed to prove me wrong.

You seem to have strong opinions on it. Those that don't follow your doctrine are stupid?

People can do whatever they want, I don’t really care. It’s their money at the end of the day. I’m just shocked people do it is all. But hell, if you work hard for your money spend it how you like. Best thing about America is we are free to do that as we see fit.

We already said it, Gen2 is boring. Nice to have a couple of laughs over here. But you must be annoyed at all the negativity over your pervious piece of metal on 4 wheels. It's just a truck and the internet. Life will go on.

It's like watching your new neighbor doing something really wrong, which will shortly lead to even greater troubles. Like pushing a sofa to the upper floor's window on a ladder. You can't help but watch.

I don't care if someone throws their money in trash. People and I mean a lot of people will go buy stuff on impulse. I consider whether a purchase is a need or a want. If it is a want it is put on back burner for a length of time. While see if it makes since to do that purchase. But, like you said. It is not my decision. But this is my post.

You are really obsessed with that topic. Something subconscious perhaps? Maybe you need to get one yourself and finally find piece?

Yeah, was pretty active, until the horde died out. My Volvo generation is 20 years old (designed before Ford bought them), not much people can afford driving one now. Sometimes a new soul posts a naive question about this or that, and I don't even want to start typing what he's looking at to have the whole iceberg fixed, not only the tip he sees. So not active anymore.

It's wife, not Sienna. My wife drives the last V8 Sequoia, she manages to get 22 MPG on highway. With 3 adults, 2 kids and 10 cu.ft box on the hitch. I have no idea how.
