    Nothing.
I finally turned 6k miles after 11 months of ownership and it drives better and better the more miles I put on it. Not my first new vehicle but definitely the first that improves during and after the break-in period.

Before I perchest my Tundra I had much fun on the test drive! My suggestion is change the oil and filter at 1000 miles and don't worry about it.

I was told 5,000 Km and told to drive it various speeds however. Something about pushing filing debris everywhere instead of just one area in chamber. This rep that sold me truck said he was truck mechanic. Did my first oil change at 6,000km.

I believe in the break in period. BUT..... some don't break motors in and are fine. Kinda like the oil change analogy.....some never change the oil in vehicles and somehow have no issues.

Everyone seems so focused on the motor for the break in period requirements. Don't forget your ring and pinion and transmission.
