2011 tundra, doublecab, long bed, 5.7 flex fuel, heavy duty trailer tow package
    none yet
My family and friends call me Bob. I have a 2011 Tundra Double Cab, long bed. It has the 5.7 engine and the heavy duty trailer tow package. The truck was bought to pull my 2012, 34' travel trailer. I have not done any performance upgrades yet. Priced the TRD supercharger to improve fuel mileage, pulling the trailer I average
7 MPG. The upgrade was $7,000 for parts, and $1,900 installation, and then it needed premium gas. So I am still looking for a way to improve mileage when pulling the trailer just a little bit. What will a new intake, exhaust, and chip do??? Any information will be appreciated. Forgot to mention it is flex fuel chipped.
