I’m glad to see it comes with a rear view mirror and driver distraction device.

Yes it is, its the similar digital mirror you see on venza etc.

so that photo they show is the optional 12.3", the base model will have the 9.8" or 10" (however they want to market it), so to get just how wide this is going to be, compare it to LC300 interior, it's the same screen and you can see how much further out the steering wheel is from the edge of the screen.

And I think they are just going with the internal transmission cooler.

Especially the V8 model. Best 4Runner ever made.

That front end looks like a Ram and a Ford had sex and nine months later this popped out.
They could of done a better job.

You guys cracking me up! I like them all honestly. The V8 is a plus. If they made a 5th gen 4runner with a v8 and rear locker that would sell like hotcakes. I'm just ready for something bigger at this point. I have 2 kids in car seats and I like to do camping/fishing trips. With all the camp/fish supplies, a cooler for food and a cooler for beer I'm lugging around a roofbox and a hitchrack every time, the 4th gen 4runner is getting mighty cramped.

I'm looking forward to the new Tundra for the extra space and hopefully better MPGs with whatever hybrid options they give us. Pretty excited for all the new models coming out in the next few years from Toyota to be honest. The rav4 prime and Hybrid Sienna are big hits. Exciting times...

A lot of thing have been removed from the Tundra and Tacoma during the last few years, probably no other reason than to improve profits at the end cycle, with complete disregard of the customers and QRD of the trucks.

Gestation was a lot longer than 9 months. We have been waiting forever to see this.

Looking good. I love snow, living in the north east of Canada, but hate the salt and what it does to Metal!

Makes sense. I thought I read a few years back that Toyota hired some Ram truck design people to design it up in Michigan. It’s growing on me, a lot. I may be going through my mid-life crisis stage though. Manopause, I guess. Hold me, DAMMNIT!!!
