We see these posts pretty often about people concerned that their new truck is rusty. It concerns me too. My son just picked up a new F-250 Powerstroke for around high $60k, at that point he should have just bought a King Ranch. Drove it home with under 100 miles on it and a check engine light(known issue with DEF heater module). The block is completely coated in surface rust as well as the front drive shaft. The knuckles have some minor rust as well as spots on the frame. The dealer dosent see a issue with it.

Front shocks. They have about 500 miles on them.
