Hi guys, I just joined the forum and I was hoping one of you would know where I can locate a lunar rock trd pro. This would be my first truck. Thanks in advance.

A few answered questions will probably help you get a more specific answer:

    1) Where do you live?

    2) How far are you willing to travel to make a deal happen?..and,

    3) What are you willing to pay?

You are going to have to search on the internet and look at dealers in your state and possibly nearby states as well, depending on stock levels in your area. Nothing difficult about that.

You could also contact your local Toyota dealer, tell them what you want and let them see if they can find one.

This is what I did and got tired of chasing so I put a deposit down on an allocation ~5-6 weeks ago. Given the production delays, I'm hoping to have it by March. Allocation is an option if you can or are willing to wait. If not, expand the radius and fly/drive to the nearest dealer with availability. Aside from a few outliers of $500-1,000 off, expect to pay MSRP.

I am in Southern California, but even if I found a car in Florida that would not be a problem. I've purchased cars from the east coast before and used a transporting company. I tried to put an order in, but local dealer told me that are not taking orders due to all the Covid related manufacturing issues.

I used cargurus.com when I was looking. Giving the local dealerships a call also helps. They’ll have the most up to date information on deliveries, waitlists, etc.

I read recently that tundra production has stopped once again due to a shortage of electrical parts because of covid. Could be why no orders are being taken right now

I'm sending you a message. I confirmed with the dealership I use, they were just allocated a Lunar Rock Pro today so it hasn't been sold yet but it won't last long once they get it.

Welcome from the wet side of WA.

Use the search box, keyword "autotrader" and put my username in the "Posted by member" box. I've listed a reader's digest summary of how I found mine in a couple of threads. They are out there. They may not all be at "only" MSRP though...

Thank you everyone for help. I have reached out RObert's contact and hopefully we can lock in a deal.
