Howdy folks! Chiming in from North Carolina here. Just purchased a 2017 Tundra and absolutely LOVE it! Probably overall the nicest vehicle I've ever owned in my 51 years on this rock. It's got the TRD 4x4 Package along with the XPS-X trim. She's a black beauty for sure! As soon as I get some decent weather around here I'll get some better photos, but for now, here's a shot right before I left the dealership. Looking forward to interacting with fellow owners and finding out all about this sweet new ride!Tundra.jpg

Do the best I can to keep her clean....:bucket: Never had a black vehicle before, but I love the look. Not looking forward to spring time here in NC when the pine tree pollen starts blowing. She'll be yellow-green for the better part of a month.

This will be our primary vehicle, so I doubt there will be too many, if any, mods. We have a 2007 FJ Cruiser with about 170K miles on it. That one goes into the shop tomorrow morning to get the rear end rebuilt. Bearings have started roaring..... The FJ WAS our primary but after that and considering the 170K, we figure it will be a local run truck for the OL to get back and forth to work on. It's still a great truck, but things are starting to go wrong and I don't want to be too many miles away from the house when they do. I traded a 2011 Tacoma for the Tundra. I'm pretty happy about the upgrade, although the Taco was a great truck.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!!!

Welcome from Southern Cal bud. Great lookin truck

Black is definitely the best color but also the worst color to maintain. My old truck was black and i had to baby it every time I washed it.

It's like a Bully Bar but it is a step to help get under the hood without scratching everything while leaning across.
