Welcome from CO. You might have worn out window guides and/or the motor gears are getting worn out too.

Window guides seems to be ok. Window will go all the way down and back up and the stop mid way...Frustrating

I don’t see any restrictions. I tried to give it a little push

There's a relay in there that may have gone bad.

Instructions here tell you how to get to it and unplug it to let it roll up all the way.

No luck. The slider does not come up high enough to reach the relay switch. Window stops a few inches short.
I’m believing it could be something in the motor/ regulato.

Any instructions on how to remove it. My truck has the full window. Not access window.

    Thanks

Hopefully this will help, it's the window removal instructions from the FSM.
