Hello all! Just joined the Tundra community with this 2016 Silver Sky SR5 CM with TRD package. Moving up from a 4runner which lasted me for the past 12 years. Having running boards and sway bar installed Friday (part of the deal that I got from the dealer). Hoping you fine folks can help me with my latest conundrum....TRD pro grill and keep the chrome or TRD pro grill and have the bulge painted to match? Thanks in advance, looking forward to learning a lot from this community!

Thanks for the welcome and comments! Looks like the painted TRD Pro Grill is the way to go. From perusing the threads, looks like @Roman or TRDsparks is the place to go. Any preference on which? Thanks again!

Sure Steve, I'd love to try and help out ...

I really liked my Pro grill with chrome when I had factory headlamps

But once I changed them out with my black spyder lamps

I thought I'd dechrome my grill

I've stored my chrome just in case I ever do a retrofit on my factory lamps. So for me to answer your question, what are you planning on doing with your headlamps? And welcome to the forum Brutus!

Thanks for the great pics! I think I am leaning towards the TRD Pro lamps with the black or the Spyder lamps like you have. I appreciate the welcome and the feedback. Makes my choice very easy seeing how you included both the OEM headlamps and the Spyder black lamps with the different grills. I am going to get the grill painted in silver sky with a matching bulge. Thanks again!
