    Hi folks,

    I purchased a 2020 Tundra Platinum in Voodoo Blue last Friday for a good price. I've upgraded (depending on your preferences?) from a Tacoma TRD Off Road.

    I love this color. Now I just need to get some black wheels and de-chrome the handles and mirrors. (tips for de-chrome welcome, but I will hit up the search bar shortly)

    I’d like to get some (17”?) black wheels and new tires. Eventually I may put some more off-road friendly suspension on it.

    Immediately I want to figure out getting rid of the chrome mirror caps and door handles.

    Lastly, I may upgrade the factory JBL amp. My Tacoma JBL system w/ an aftermarket Kenwood head unit far outperformed the stock JBL system in this new Platinum.

    Looks great!

    You can get the TRD Pro black version of your iForce badges. Looks much better than plasti-dip, lasts longer, and isnt much more expensive.

    You can also buy the black door handles and then sell your chrome door handles, most likely for a profit.

    For the mirrors, you can upgrade to a set of two mirrors (if you tow), try and find some blue ones on eBay or the forums, or I think they might make covers for the mirrors (think I heard of people doing that).

    Thanks for the tips on badging. I’ll have to look into it.

    For door handles, I have a couple things to figure out: (1) if paint matched handles are available (2) if either black or paint matched are available for the 2020 smart entry handles (driver and passenger front doors have smart entry)

    Paint matched mirror caps have already been ordered
