I finally traded in my 2007 Tacoma TRD Offroad and upgraded to a 2018 Platinum in that sweet MGM color. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!

Haven't done much to her yet, but have a fairly long list of things that'll make the wife and bank account unhappy. I ordered color matched mirror caps and door handles today from @Roman and got my email they're ready to be picked up. Blessing and a curse to live close to Cool Springs Toyota

I have my eye on the BOSS from @Toytec Lifts, but completely undecided on the tire size or wheels to pair with them. Such a big decision. Also need to figure out a good place in the area for installation that will treat me and the truck right. Recommendations for spots in the Nashville area are very welcome!

Thanks! It worked out really well. The toolbox takes up a bit more than I would like, but I need that extra storage until the carseats are out of the backseat and then I'll do the ESP underseat storage.

I think Tommy, @Hattori , works at a 4Wheel Parts in Nashville. Normally I wouldn't recommend anyone go to 4WP for anything but I think Tommy knows what he's doing and will treat you right.

Ok, I admit I jumped straight to the bottom of the post. Seems you're already in with Tommy...

It wouldn't surprise me if I've been to that bar, the last time I was there I was notoriously not sober ;) is it on the main drag that goes by the arena?

Googled it, unfortunately that's one part of Nashville I haven't been to. We stayed at a hotel not too far from Broadway, so we pretty much hit every bar on that strip.

    Thanks!

I've thought about it and could probably figure it out with some reading and Youtube, but every noise the truck makes after a DIY install will have me very paranoid o_O. I'm pretty handy with other tasks around the house, woodworking, electronics, etc, but I have never been exposed to working on vehicles. I'd love to get with some other Toyota nuts in the area and learn though.

Working on vehicles is loads of fun. It just takes just lots of reading / research and not being afraid to try things. I always do all of my own stuff. It makes me feel more pride for some reason. lol
