Hello! New to the forum and just bought my first Tundra, 2014 Black CM Platinum with 10K miles, and absolutely LOVE it!! I just sold my 4Runner to get this truck and couldn't be happier! The previous owner had done some mods before I got it so I can check some off my list! :) Look forward to reading more topics on here and getting to know other members. Can't wait to do some more mods. Thanks for letting me join!

Welcome from eastern CO! The truck looks lifted, what's she got for a lift and tires?

I can't quite figure out what type of lift the previous owner has done, is there an easy way to figure that out by looking at it?? The salesman where I bought it at was not much help...I have factory Platinum wheels which the previous owner had part of the wheels painted black, I think it looks pretty good. The tires are Nitto Terra Grapplers A/T 305/55/20.

Take a look up under there and see if you see any markings. If you don't see anything, take a pic and post it here and maybe one of us will be able to spot it.

    Wouldn't surprise me if its just a 3" spacer lift, a 305/55/20 is only a 33x12.

I'll try and get a photo and upload it soon...I'm no expert in suspensions/lifts, but I'd agree with you that it seems to be a spacer lift. Everything else in there looks stock to me.

A nice welcome to you Lynch, from Maryland. Oh yeah, another Platinum owner, nice truck. Spacer lift you say, hmmm. You'll find a lot of info here about your current lift. These threads will definitely have you thinking and wanting to make some changes for sure. This fall I will be starting a build myself by adding a lift / wheels-n-tires and some mods to my own 2015 Platinum. I need to save up some more dough though. I just bought a LEER cap and set of BedRugs, Husky Xact Contours, tools and parts to last a while. But read on and you'll find there's plenty of wonderful builds, mods, maintenance tips and lots of pics to view.

I was going to say, those wheels look sharp! Toyota needs to follow suit and do this to all their platinums! And welcome!!!

Yep, spacer lift in the front and looks like 1.5-2 block in the back. I made that mistake on mine, next big mod I'm doing next is BOSS suspension all around. Wanted wheels, but....priorities!! Rather have a solid suspension than slick wheels (no worries, I'm getting wheels soon after my suspension upgrade!) I'm getting my cake and eating it too!

    Welcome from south La buddy!
