Just got my Toytec Boss lift installed on my 08 crewmax!

    Went from this...
    AA917B05-5703-41E3-8375-0B14F46DE91D.jpg

    To this...

    8AC77E14-C1D0-4160-BEDA-552AB90D3732.jpg

Very happy with results. I’m only having one issue. When my steering wheel is turned completely to the right, something is hitting and it makes an incredibly loud metal scraping noise. Left turns no issue, just all the way to the right, so I’m trying to diagnose what’s hitting. Any ideas?

What offset wheels? Alignment done? If it’s only at full lock it’s usually the skid plate. You can trim the plate done some to help with it

Who's trimmed the skid? What's involved? Can it be done with tin snips or a dremel? Does it have to come off the truck?

Easy fix. Bent the skid plate up half an inch, if that, with a pair of pliers, no more rubbing. Thanks y’all!

    Everything. Literally.
Skid plate. I had to trim mine after my BOSS/new tires.
