    Hey, im planning to paint my bumper end caps and chrome front trim as well, i went to two body shops and they wont do it because the pieces were chrome. Something about the paint not sticking.

    Anyways , how did your body shop go about in painting the chrome pieces, also does your safety sensors still function properly with no problems ? The manual says no painting over them. =/

    Any tips u can give us will be excellent! Thanks and beautiful ride !!! Heres mine, im still trying to figure out the properway to color match the chrome accents !

    Nice color :), on the chrome pieces the body shop here they had to sand blast the chrome pieces first and sand it down in order for the paint to stick. my safety sensors are working perfectly, I even smoke the emblem where the PCS is at on the grill.
