    Hi everyone, new to the group. I'm about to retire and hope to overland with a Toyota of one variation or another. I've always loved Toyota's and hope that joining this Forum will help me decide on which one will work best as a tow vehicle for a 5000-6000lb holiday trailer. I will be living virtually full time out of the holiday trailer and Tundra, travelling and camping/boon docking on BLM land (desert and alpine) in the south and western US states in the winter and back home to Canada in the summer. I will be modding whatever Toyota I buy into an overlander. The Toyota's that I'm specifically interested in are either the 1st gen Tundra or the LC100. My first post will be in the towing section, see you there.

    Thanks in advance for everyone's help. I'm very excited to start this next stage of my life exploring North America.
