    Hey all.

    1st gen owner from Southwest Washington. Red 2001 SR5 V8 4x4 access cab with just under 200k on it. 2nd owner, and I've had it for just over a year and nearly 6k on the truck since I bought it.

    Mainly used as a hauler (boat to the local lake, home and garden work) but she's been a good old truck! Hoping to get another 30-50k out of it before it's all said and done.

    Looking forward to being a member and not just a lurker for info. :)

    Thanks all.

    I have a thread about my truck and my current conundrum on the 1st gen page right now. Explains more (a lot more) about my situation. I love the size of the 1st gen, and it works for what I intended excellently. Just not sure about what to do with a transmission repair needed.
