NEW Bedside Decal

Hi Everyone,

I need help deciding on a new bedside decal(s) for my Quicksand Crewmax Tundra.

I have designed 1 but just can't make my mind up on what color style I should use.

So I am asking what do you all think would look best color-wise?

I like the 3rd one, Blaaack letters, red shadowing. Final answer.

 

It is currently at 4WP getting the ProComp Long Travel Kit Installed. ill check my phone and see if i have a pick. FYI: I just bought it a week ago.

 

I just put on new matte black decals to match the blacked out emblems. That and I liked the mountains over the TRD logo given where I live. The platinum color that was stock was too shiny imo... much like the chrome on the front end. My vote is all black with red highlights, second from bottom.

Where did you find that mountain decal? I'm looking for something similar since I'm in the PNW. It's either that or a full quarter panel decal... but can't find one with trees or mountains.

 

I ordered them from Ebay. $20 free shipping (https://www.ebay.com/itm/254192209433). The instructions did not mention the wet method for applying decals. I strongly advise using the wet method with a 3-4 inch squeegee ($2 at your local auto shop, located around the bondo). Zero bubbles and took 30 minutes to install.

Didn't it come with a decal already?

If you are in the Toyota plant you notice a lot of the embroidery on hats and uniforms for TMs is red and black combinations of each other like your red and black versions. But I'm curious why you want a decal if it wasn't standard or if you are trying to upgrade

 

Yes, it did but I am a nerd and like to customize my rig.

Ya, the red will go with your tail lights a bit and black goes with tinted windows, black tires, black wheels, etc..
