    Hello all!
    2014 TUNDR TRO!
So my truck wouldn’t start was convinced it was the battery because I had just replaced the alternator. Got a new battery got it all hooked up and still nothing. The dash, cabin, head lights and radio all will come on but just won’t crank up. Any suggestions/ ideas?
I did wreck it a couple of months back, was thinking maybe when they put it back together they might have pinched something. Maybe a new starter? I don’t know I am stuck and don’t know how to figure this out.

I would check the starter relay for continuity, etc. OEM part # is 28300-0A011. There are also 2 starting system fuses I think. I would check those first. One is 7.5 amps and the other is 30 amps. Numbers 13 and 40 I think maybe. These are all in the engine bay fuse block, not the one inside under the instrument panel.

Your alternator could be crap also. Don't rule it out just cause it's new.

    My .02 / experience talking.

I dont have a good answer. Check the voltage of the battery. Try to jump it. If the jump works its a voltage issue. Either your draining the battery through a short or lack of charging via alternator. Link below is a good source for your electronic diagnosis.

Make sure to also take a good look at all of the engine and battery grounds. A loose or corroded ground can cause enough voltage drop to prevent the truck from cranking

So will it try to turn over? I had a similar issue going on but it would do the "long start". Last week it left me stranded at work, i took it to my mechanic and he tested the alcohol percentage and it was 68. It should be around 12. They reset, reprogrammed or just simply cleared it idk but now it's back to perfect.
