Shoot James @ tech12volts an email and he can put a package together based on what you want and your budget. his website only lists a few packages and only a few brands of what he can get for you. He is at the Tennessee tundra meet this weekend, so he may not respond back as quickly as he normally does

uhhh why did I read this whole thread. Anyways JBL audio related I Pulled the trigger on a phenix Audio 12.1" android 8.1 4gb Ram 64gb Flash storage. So far I love it. Its for a crazy about of inputs like 360* VIDEO 2 Aux inputs but im told its got no RCA outputs. Always I love all the new Toys on the unit. I had android back in the day. There is awesome Facebook support for the unit NONE from the seller. Pics for anyone on the fence. I DO NOT have better audio and I saw this post to bypass the JBL garbage amp and was like WhoAAAaa

the 12.1 is 100% PnP no mods. IM waiting to do custom FW from a guy named Sergay from FB. That will unlock more features and possibly toggle the factory JBL amp off. Ill keep you posted that it works.

Let me get this straight, the gentleman adds an amp downstream of the JBL amp and all it does is it amplifies the crappy JBL system sound?
Easy fix, make sure the amp you add has DSP capability and it will clean up the sound without the need for an LOC or additional hardware. Hell they have DSP amps with six channels that would amplify all speakers plus a subwoofer as well. Doesn't seem like rocket science and might save a couple of bucks while at it.
I have the el cheapo Entune system myself, and my DSP amp cleaned out, and amplified the signal. I upgraded my speakers with two way all around and replaced the dash tweeters as well. Sounded good but needed low end so ended up adding an additional amp and subwoofer. Should have just used a 6 channel DSP to start with and would have saved a ton of time.

I bought the same unit have it hooked up but am only getting sound in the front of the truck. My factory unit got smashed from my little angle throwing a soppy cup which destroyed the factory head unit. It is a 2017 platinum with the JBL system. Does anyone know how to get the speakers in the rest of the truck to work???? Tried adjusting the sound on the pheonix but when I push the sound to the back it just disappears. When my factory unit got smashed I had the sound adjusted to the front of the truck so my daughter could watch her I pad and I could listen to my radio in the front any help would be appreciated

After 1 week of back and forth and an all nighter with Sergay from a tundra pheonix face book page I got it working. Only problem now is the WiFi is iffy. It will connect only if I turn off my Bluetooth. Nice product but shitty tech guys that sell it

So, I have a 2019 Tundra crew max limited with JBL and it sound muddy, I mean Georgia clay muddy. My 2008 Lexus GX470 sounds far superior even when my wife plays her old latin cassettes from the 1980s. No hiss and crystal clear. This is what I am after, clean sound, the band is in the back playing if I crank it up.
After talking with Crutchfield, they seemed to think I could use this
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_161LCQ1B/AudioControl-LCQ-1-Black.html?tp=61658
    and this amp
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_113X8025/Kenwood-Excelon-X802-5.html
and some misc upgrades to the speakers, subwoofer AND keep the factory head JBL head unit.
My current amp has 3 plugs (2 white and 1 blue)
My question to all, will this work and I can keep my factory system intact or am I living in a pipe dream? Please advise.....

I did trade some emails, did not think it was what I wanted. I may end up upgrading speakers and call it good.

I am thinking more of these options (line output converter vs digital signal processor) hooked up after factory amp plus 5 channel amp and dump most of the 2ohm speakers.

The reviews are pretty poor with this thing, that is why I am skeptical about it.
