New Alternator Just Melted! Little help on a confusing issue, plz.

    Hey guys, quick update on OP.
    Swapped the old engine ground with 6 gauge welding cable with custom lugs from another project.
    Got a +0.2v while running.
    Not much, I know, but sensitive electronics are grounded here like ABS so I don't know if it's helpful. Either way, another sketchy element removed/ replaced.

    Thanks again for everyone's help and support.

    I'm also teasing with a photo of an order I picked up yesterday.... more to come in another thread.
