Got it to the point where I can make a decent turning radius now. Still have rubbing on the very corner of the pinch weld unfortunately also on the frame, and for some reason the passenger side reservoir line. NEED THOSE SPACERS ASAP!

Yeah, I saw that coming. If you look at the hose and the reservoir you might be able to squeeze some clearance. Loosen the two hose clamps holding the reservoir, then turn the resvoir and push it back a bit so that the hose kind of curls toward the frame. You'll see what I mean once you try it, you'll create slack and kind of direct it away from the tire.

If that doesn't work you need some hose loop things, and some self tapping screws. I have them but don't know the real name. They're like this https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-2-Pack-Steel-Suspension-Clamp/3013244
Use one of them to put the hose right against your frame.

Once you get some lift this will alleviate a bit on its own but still will happen if you dip while turning.

I’m running almost the same set up as you and added spacers. Spacers just made me rub more on the fender. I thought it would solve my problem. I had them on for about 5 mins. I rather rub on the frame then cut anymore. I only rub (on the frame) at full lock to the left, so I just live with that.

if you are in Cali I’ll give a solid deal on some spacers. One set is new and the other was test fitted.

Oh man you're killin' me :annoyed: I live in Boise now originally from Orange County, I am driving down June 14th for a week. I'm getting pretty nervous about the tire rub I may have to buy a set for the front so I don't pull out my hair, but I might take you up on a pair for the rear if I go that route, Thank You!

I'm not sure if the spacers will help you out. I'm not an expert, but very rarely have I seen where they actually help. I don't remember what tire/wheel combo you're running, but wheels might be a big factor. Others will be able to correct me if I'm wrong.

If the wheel is 8.5" with -12 offset thats a 4.75" backspace. You'll hit frame pretty good with that.

A 1.5 spacer would be aggressive and you'll hit pinch weld pretty hard, the further out you go the deeper into pinch weld territory you get. A 1.25 lands you at 3.5 backspace, aggressive but you'll clear frame.

Gotcha, I might get my fab on and cut out some metal and throw a plate in there. The rub is pretty gnarly still straight up cutting into my tread, Guess it wouldn't hurt to get back in there and see if I can flatten anything I might've missed as well.

It won't run nearly as often or as bad when you lift the truck up. A bit of frame rub doesn't bother me.

Let me know, there is a big meet in the OC on the 12th if you make it down earlier then the 14th

Okay I'm currently working on the coilovers, Need to pick up a punch to fit the preload and I also need to locate an allan key to loosen the preload ring, does anyone happen to know what sizes I need?

Mine has been rubbing the frame at full lock (both ways) for two years. Really not a big deal, doesn't hurt anything and I have gotten used to not turning to full lock. As mentioned by Darkness, after you get the front end up higher you will rub the pinch weld a lot less under normal driving conditions.
