    Well everyone thanks for the input. I was able to literally put my shoulder into it, the rear lift door and get it open.
    The cause was the round thing that the latch goes around. It had came loose. After tightening and spraying everything with dry graphite, it works like a champ.
    We also got the O2 sensors swapped out.
    We will hopefully get the lift on this week.
    Thanks again for everyone's assist.

    Yep, sho nuff. The youngest is pretty smart. After about 15 minutes of wire brushing his undercarriage he had a grand idea..... hey dad, we need to get a pressure washer.
    Me, talk to your mama
    He did, now I get to shop for a pressure washer.
    If I would have asked, I would have been told wait a little while.

    A little of this and a little of that.

    The costco in my area has a pretty sweet Yamaha pressure washer for sale for $250. (With rebate) right now. I would have bought it but had a hard time justifying to the mrs why we need two pressure washers.
