I’ve got a couple broken wire clamps on my 2000. First one is attached to the lifting hook on drivers side of intake and second one is a clip attached to underside of cam cover holding the harness that come up from the AC from rubbing on serpentine belt. Dealer was no help and told me to go to local hardware store.

I can't remember your cab type but see you have a 2000 with a V8 and mystery drivetrain. That should be enough to go on.

Toyota makes wiring & clamp situation difficult. And I don't know anyone who's posted a series of clamp pics for our trucks kinda like this Reddit gallery for Land Cruisers.

Some of those clamps will apply to our trucks, but I don't see one that matches. So with the vague truck info, I went here, to the electrical section:

    https://parts.toyota.com/Toyota_2000_Tundra-Access-Cab-SR-5-47L-AT/Electrical.html

There's a "Wiring & Clamp" subsection at the bottom of that page (link here). If you click "View Full Size", you'll see the biggest possible exploded diagram. Then click "View More Images" and you'll see the wild-ass array of various areas. But the exploded diagrams of interest will be the grids, like these three:

Buried in there you're going to find every little metal bracket, lots of little clamps and harness, but you gotta look real close, for example, here's the one in the last column, I'm pointing out the three clamps showing in that one:

It's a little bit of a snipe hunt finding them - I had to go through this when trying to find the little metal bracket and bolt that holds the alternator harness to the alternator. Here's a few more in the grid from the 2nd column, I'll hunt for a couple more minutes to see if I find more...:

I actually ordered these two clips using part numbers I found on this diagram but they are a little different. The parts guy said they changed the design. upload_2023-7-8_15-52-38.png
