But it seems that is a rare tire size.....instead, maybe i need to know what would be the likely maximum height in inches and width in inches that would probably work....i am thinking there may be a big difference is 33.2in and 34in, and 11in wide vs 11.5in wide.... that i would need more clearance than what i have here.... i dont know how to calculate what may be the maximum height and width now that i have this on.... not that this is bad.... mostly curious.

I run 275/70 on method +18 with 2 inch lift and only had to remove lower mud flap from front bumper.

looks good, man. yeah. it looks like you still have a good amount of space. the 285's would have probably fit. ridge grapplers come in a 285/70/18. this wont be your last set of tires. maybe your next set will be larger :)

@Netmonkey yes, i see that, but they are "The 285/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grappler has a diameter of 33.98", a width of 11.5", mounts on a 18" rim and has 612 revolutions per mile. It weighs 59.9 lbs"

I wasnt sure if 34inches would be too tall.... i am thinking it would be because you said in a previous post that it probably wouldnt, but 33 would.

    so that is a 34in by 11.5in....

i have 33.2in tall and 11in wide on there now.... but jut because i have 1.75in clear still and at least a half an inch in the interior area, that it may be more complicated than that?

i said that i knew a 33" tire would fit and that a 34" tire would probably fit with some trimming :)

but looking at how much clearance you have now, if you keep those wheels, then i bet you can go with a 285/70/18 without any further modifications. if you do try to go with a 285/70/18, find a tire shop that will test fit that tire on one wheel and make sure that it clears the upper control arm.

if you use wheel spacers or get a wheel with a lower offset, then you will have trimming to do (maybe with 33's and especially with 34's).

but, it looks good now.... grats :)
