I see there are two types of N-Fab Nerfbars, the Podium style and the Hoop style. Which do you think looks best on a CrewMax?

I have the podiums on my CM. Chose them over the regulars for the bit of added safety of having the full plate on the hoop for when they are slick and icy here in Montana.

Here’s mine. I have the hoop style. I figured they wouldn’t hold dirt, snow, and ice as much as the podium style.

May not be an issue where some are from but I have the hoop style on my 04 and they can get pretty slippery in the rain or especially snow.

The instructions was pisss poor. My solution, use of a tape measure and get creative in thoughts ,,,,,

Tube ends are differs and couldn’t tell difference between front or back

Brackets are all labeled the same so can’t tell left fro right side

Brackets can be installed forward mount, or rearward mount

So I assumed the shorter from the bar tip to the first bolted hole to be the shorter end

Used a jackstand to suspend bar as close to frame

Starters with the front mount and went through a series of combination measurements.

I blindly installed the mounts, the bar would not line up

I cussed like a $1 broke pirate who just got robbed of 99 cents

This was supposed to take less ham 30 minutes if labeled.

eBay seller I believe don’t care. Happy with product and cost, just not the instructions

I like the podiums. I have big feet and busted my arse a few times with the NFab hoops I had on my Jeep.
