It's a powder coat. I don't think you would have any trouble brushing/washing off sand.

Right on thank you, I know Pelfrybilt was doing LineX as an option & I heard the sand would like to stick to it more so than just a powder coat finish.

Takes 50 minutes......but only if you have to go to the neighbor’s house twice for the right length breaker bar and socket sizes

What suspension setups and tire sizes are you guys running? These bumpers and your trucks look great! I’m thinking of putting one of these bumpers on my trd pro but also thinking of a readylift plus two and a set of 35 12.5 if I could get away with zero rubbing...

I've got ADS coilovers front. ADS triple bypass rears w/ Icon expansion pack. I'll be changing UCAs and the leaf pack 'cause I don't think I made the best decisions there.

I have ADS coilovers up front with JBA Offroad uca’s giving me 2.75-3” of lift. Tires are 295/70/18 stt pros on Method wheels with 25mm offset. I have no rubbing and didn’t have to chop the cab mount. I replaced the stock mud flaps with some homemade ones.

Get the bumper! If you’re going to a bigger tire, it will save you the trouble of having to modify the stock bumper/front wheel well liner.

    I’ll get better photos tomorrow.

Two (2) Rigid Industries (Radiance)pod lights peel side.
One (1) 20” curved Rigid Industries lightbar.
    * I tried 3 pods each side, but the bolts for mounting the bar would simply not allow it. *

Did you order online? I didn’t see the bumper on they’re website.

Also for you guys running the MRDS, how secure is the light bar in the bumper? I’m concerned about theft. I was considering another manufacturer, but a light bar mounts to the top of the bumper and looks like it would be easily stolen.

I installed the light bar before installing the bumper. It would be VERY difficult to get to the light bar now.
