Dude that sounds like the bumper is all bad. You have a fab shop In the area I would almost have them just start plating up areas and tapping correct holes

I'm hitting N-Fab up tomorrow for a new skid plate. I used some thick Bumax 8.8 washers to cover the larger mounting holes and torqued it to specs so it is on now and not coming off. Just have to get the skid plate corrected, and powder-coated again.

I didn't like there product much either at least not for the price.....I thought it was cheap quality but does look real nice.....but for that price I would expect more solid heavier built and mine had to sent back due to them or someone scratching it the first time so had to be re done and took for ever.

Finally reached out to N-Fab. I always say it isn't that you screw up. It's how you make it right. We shall see.

I got in touch with N-Fab and they agreed to replace the bumper, which makes me think much more of them as a company. Still waiting to hear back on how long it will take.

Glad you had better luck than I did. I used to have this bumper, when it shipped I opened it up, and saw that the skid plate said “N-FA” they didn’t plasma cut the B. And what pissed me off is that the skid plate was finger tight so the guy who assembled it before shipping I’m sure saw it and said fuck it. Also the frame mounts were off by about a 1/2 inch, so I had to dremel them out to fit. Called n-fab about the skid plate and sent pics and all I ever got was “well look into it” after like 3-4 emails of that same shit I said fuck it. Hope no one else has/had that experience. It’s a great looking bumper tho.

Where do the Baja designs amber dogs mount to exactly???

Do you have a close up pic of where the fog mounts exactly??

Looks like there is a little pilot hold on the side vs the bottom.

    Thanks man

Is yours a Gen2? I also bought a Rough Country light bar but can't make it work because there is no "window" in the support like on the Gen3's.

And WOW. Thought I was the only one with a bad one. I too had to dremel the heck out of it to even get it on and them dremel some more to get it centered. What sent me over the edge was the skid plate was so far off it made me question that the whole bumper was tweaked. I still think it is the best looking Tundra bumper out there and not so super heavy like some of them. Just tell everyone its the National Firearms Act. :)

yea I have a 2nd gen, I had the 20" and 2 pods per side so I didn't have to worry about the window not being there thankfully. sounds like you had an absolute nightmare like I did. I wasn't too mad about the holes not lining up, but at least send me a damn skid plate that says the whole name haha. pretty much gave it to my buddy I work with. super happy with my Camburg bumper tho

On the website it says it’s 138lbs, plus 80lbs for the winch, then probably another 20lbs in lights.

Nice!!! All I see is dollar signs!!

That sucks about your experience. N-FAB has been totally responsive and apologetic to me. Luis in customer service is great!!! He said a new bumper should be shipping out to me on Friday. Like I said before, a true measure of a company is how they respond to mistakes. So far N-FAB has been great! Here is my Sequoia Grille upgrade and N-FAB. They said this looks like a 14 and up bumper. Trying to get the paint finished before the heat in Phoenix!

Rica25, what light bar size you have on that bumper? Mine is scheduled to deliver in a few days and I like the looks of one bar w/ a pod on each side

@Trdwillie14 what size wheel/tire setup & offset are you running? Did you have to chop to fit? Looks awesome

Thanks dude it’s a 17 inch wheel with a zero off set. The tire is a 315 or a 34.6. Truck has a body mount chop and the upper arms caster was moved forward for even more.
