    Welcome!
There's a thread somewhere around here with some ideas...are U looking to lift it? Lower it? Window tint? Debadge? Exhaust? Bumpers? Plasti-dip? HID's?
The list goes on, and on ;)

Welcome and congrats from Western PA. 4th Tundra? Wow. This is my first for me and I plan to keep it at least ten years (probably much longer).

OK...I've decided to put a 3" lift on my 2015 TRD. I want to keep the 18" stock tires and rims for abit. Can anyone give me some advice on what lift to buy?? Thanks!

Bilstein is a good option, but it doesn't quite get you 3". OME 612 will get you around 3 inches (probably more if your truck is 4x2). I have 614 (10 mm longer than 612--gave me 3 & 1/2 in front) and love it. I would avoid block leveling kit if feasible. It renders your truck less capable than stock (even though some people have had block leveling kit for years without an issue).
