Lately I have noticed that my 2019 truck with 62k miles seems to crank just a bit longer to start. It used to snap right off but now there is ever so slight of a delay every time. I use ethanol free "blue gas" in it and just changed the oil and put a new air filter in 600 miles ago. Any reason for concern or justhe truck showing its age and being a truck, anything to check or reset? I am in AZ and the battery is @ 3 yrs old. Oh, I am down to just below a 1/4 tank of fuel if that could have anything to do with it.

Was it a candidate for fuel pump recall?

Stock batteries are known to be crap. I'd start there. If you're feeling frisky, maybe swap the spark plugs out.

I looked up the fuel pump recall and any recal info from my VIN and it says my headlight wiring harness is the only one pending. (I am going to replace them with LED lights)

go auto zone borrow a battery tester and see how many cca you still have on the battery, if you want the tip top performance you could change spark plugs too
Edit, idk bout ur truck, but my spark plug gap was way off from factory

I had the same issue with my 2011, everything was either new or was in good shape. Upon further inspection and a 6 pack I noticed my grounding points in engine bay weren't looking the best, took them off lightly sanded them and where they touch the body and long start went away.

Is there a list or resource where I can find the grounds.

    Edit, are these locations correct?

The battery to the internal fender
The battery to the block of the engine
Behind the mount of the motor and the engine rear to firewall

Don’t even needed, just add a 0 gauge wire from cab to frame, and frame to battery
