Feels a bit more tacky/rubbery but very slight and not uncomfortable. Compared to the state of the orig. leather, it feels plush.

I actually have the OEM carpeted mats too, in mint condition. Should think about selling those on ebay to recoup my 50 for the seat cover:)

You may find if you take a suitable cleaner to the factory leather, they’ll feel and look similar tone. I posted a recipe for an easy one on here, but Powerwash by Dawn works same/similar and will get the original OEM color back. The driver centers are real leather, with vinyl bolsters IIRC, I’m sure the replacement is pleather/vinyl so the real test will be whether it starts peeling in the next year or three.

Did you only buy the bottom? I’d like to find a decent replacement for my driver arm rest.

I flipped my armrests and swapped sides to show the good, undamaged leather that was on the bottom before. Temporary fix. There’s some shitty replacements on big gurl and fleabay. Good or decent would require some material, sewing skills and a deconstruction of your factory originals to create the pattern needed. Or if you can find an automotive upholstery shop, but that will be $$$ and they don’t seem to want the work anymore, or just don’t exist.

Good idea, I'll try that at my next carwash.
Yeah, bottom only...wasn't sure it would work out being an ebay fix and once in place, I was content so stopped there. My arm rest looks just like knabores but I've gotten to where I don't like having my arm elevated and use the center console as my arm rest. So with it flipped up the cracks are out of sight.

Clever fix by knabores to flip the driver/passenger covers...kudos!

Door sill protectors would be on my list.

That and the rear access door window metal latch replacement. Those plastic ones always break.

Oh, I just unbolted them, and then bolted them back on the opposite sides.

Oh, a big one I forgot is if you have the VIP RS3000 (or RS3200) is the purchase of the glass breakage sensor (now obsolete) and enabling the system via the install manual to operate the built in alarm for free.

I think my armrest may be worse, not sure. I definitely have the typical bolster wear. It hasn't gotten any worse since I bought it, but I've always wanted to fix it with something that won't look like this again in 2-3 years, as many faux-leather seat covers tend to do.

Leather is just worn and cracking (maybe repairable?). My only tears have happened on the vinyl (side) portions of the factory covers.

Yeah, I've been contemplating that. At the price, it seems silly when you consider only a few panels are chafed.

Katzkin charges $10.95 for up to 10 samples. I've been mulling over whether to order 10 of their greys, but there's 14 different greys, and depending on the screen you look at them on, it's not clear ... will I need Charcoal, Graphite, Dark Graphite, Smoke? Or maybe Ice Grey?

Same. I want to go with the darker brown tone in my interior for replacement leather. But there’s quite a few browns. I don’t wanna just put more blah tan in there

Go with a two tone, mix it up.

Then you need to replace all the covers. If you get color-match, I don't need to go through the trouble (or effort) of replacing my pristine rear leather seat that's in mint shape, or potentially even my passenger seat that's in nearly-mint shape.

If you keep one of the colors the same with the rear you could get away with a two tone.

The 2uz maggy is a modified eaton m90. At least magnuson claims to modify it for the LC’s according to ih8mud.

I don’t! But if you hunt on Google for “dawn power wash leather seats” you’ll probably find a gaggle of videos covering it. I posted the recipe for knockoff Powerwash on here. Dawn dish soap, alcohol are main ingredients. If you search for replies I’ve made with the words DAWN and ALCOHOL I am sure you’ll find it.
