I was actually worried she was going to choose black. That would’ve been a nightmare having both of ours in that color. Beautiful rides brother!

She is also wanting the roof rack changed to black, but from what I can tell it’s a very expensive part.

I like the color matched rack. If it was black she would prolly want it color matched. It's our human nature:). I'd like mine to be color matched, looks sleeker.

Looks like a neighbout we used to have who had a truck jacked up like that. Except her truck was a black mega cab, long box dually Ram 3500 with a tailpipe you could fit a soccer ball into and a sound like a jet plane spooling up. Annoying as hell to live beside that truck but she was cute and fun to watch climb into the truck. :D

Hey War Machine. The Sequoia turned out perfect in my eyes. I'm starting to think I might go with a Sequoia to replace my Tundra soon as i don't use the bed much anymore. I am curious, though, what is the offset on the wheels and what size tire did you go with? Also, how is the ride now with the new tires? I'm still on the fence though between a Limited and Platinum since I feel the air suspension may become an issue down the road. Any thoughts on that?

    Thanks

    Thank you for the compliment!

    Tires are 285/55/R20.
    Wheel offset is +18.

The ride is great. I can’t tell the difference, but I don’t drive it much. My wife says it is smoother. I’d worried that they would be louder, but they aren’t. No issues at all.

We don’t do any off roading, towing, or anything like that. I’m pretty ignorant to anything related to the suspension, so I don’t really have any input on that.

I honestly can’t tell a difference between the 2012 Limited we had and this one, but I didn’t drive either very often. The only difference between the two as far as I can tell is the quality of seats and some cosmetic stuff.

Good to hear that. I know the only real mechanical difference is the air suspension, plus the Limited seats aren't ventilated but to me that is not a big issue. I'm happy to know the ride is still comfortable. I don't offroad much anymore so in the end I want the ability in case i need it at this point in life.

    Thanks again.

I’ll say the Sequoia is a really comfortable and smooth ride. Those things handle like a dream. You’ll definitely like it. There’s also the new Pro version to consider.

I keep telling my wife her Sequoia would look awesome with retro stripes but she’s not having it.

I'd suggest to make sure to get Heated seats vs. ventilated.

Even if your climate doesn't have many cold days like central texas (about 2/year), the heated passenger seat is super handy to bring foods home very Warm!

Luck and enjoy those Toyotas. : ^ )))
