I just stumbled across this product and just wanted to share it with the forum in case anyone else was looking for something if this nature.

It’s basically a five minute instal and it is a tailgate insert that levels everything out and allows for cooking and cleaning or whatever you want to do on it (ahem).

I have no affiliation with this company or sponsorship or anything like that.

That’s cool. If it wasn’t for the bedrug I’d have one.

Ya I know. It’s definitely a Tundra product that isn’t for everyone but I feel like when you see it you know instantly if you need/want it or you don’t. They only make it in black for the tundra right now.

If they made it for 1st Gens, I'd seriously consider it. I cook on my tailgate often while out fishing. Having a flat surface to use would be very nice.

    Function before sparkle.
I love the idea but I bet it would be slippery as ice in cold climates.

I agree. If I get one, I would probably take the three minutes to uninstall it during those months for safety reasons.

bump. curious if anyone purchased this. Does it rattle around on the bottom half where there's no bolts?

I like it, but don't think it will hold up for me, I need one more durable. Maybe made out of steel..

I have one, and it has been great so far. It makes camping and cooking outdoors very convenient.
