So I put a front leveling kit. Love it. But want the truck higher and want to put 35’s. My buddy has a ram where he did a level, put it on blocks and was able to clear 35’s with a smooth ride. I called my local shop and they’re saying we can’t do that on tundras without upgrading a bunch of other stuff. So my question is, what is the most economical way to get my truck higher and able to fit 35’s?

Can you fit 33”s with a 2” lift?

Should be able to. I had 6112s at the 1.9” setting and +25mm offset wheels and fit 285/70r18 which is about 34x11.50. You can probably fit 33” stock.

My understanding is that Icon makes wheels with the proper BS/offset to fit 35s on 3" lift. I could be wrong, but I would look into that.

Storm Trooper Shift Knob. BMF BATL Wheels.
You will want about a 3"/2" lift to get 35" tires on.

Wheel offset is where everybody screws the pooch.
Doesnt matter how high its lifted if the wheels have ghetto offset... they will hit something.
35's will fit on a 3" lift if you remove the mudflaps and front plastic... and use a +18 to +25mm wheel offset.

I dont know how (or why) you guys squeeze 17's on these trucks.
My 18's barely leave enough room for the stick-on wheel weights to clear the calipers.

I Just have a 2in leveling kit in the front on my truck and I have 35’s. All I had to do was removed the mud flap, move the the black plastic, trim the skid plate a little bit. I rub for a bit but now I don’t rub anymore
