    Led is taking over. The laser projector models by Morimoto was about 4 years ago. They are more focused on LEDS now. Hense why every manufacturer is switching over to led.

    Hopefully soon we'll here something. They are releasing alot of new XB Headlights this year. Tacoma, Tundra, 4runner. I'm sure Morimoto will be looking to see how well the Toyota XB Headlights sell before making more models.

    I've been the top retrofitter here for the last 3 years and I honestly still would recommend the XB lights. Cost will be the same or slightly less for a good quality retrofit. Output will be comparable to mini D2s 4.0 HID projectors. Morimoto products are top quality and you get a 5 year warranty on the lights Can't beat that.

    Here's a sample of a similar XB led dual low beam headlight which will be the same used in the Tundras.

    Here's one of morimoto xb headlights which will have similar output with the Tundras. It's not an hid comparison though.

    I don't think Morimoto would be a harness, but it's possible TRS will make a conversation harness for those with OEM led headlights..

    Okay. But still would go with Pavel at Kustom54. Customer service is second to none. And my output is at least that if not better. Certainly plenty. Love it.

    Thanks. I guess I should have caught that. But, these have been ready for pre-order for a short while now--even called and spoke with them yesterday. The very loosely estimated shipping dates are end of April/May. They are at the mercy of the shipping containers as I was told. With that said, I can't seem to find them on their site now.

    It's not on their site anymore because these are not in production yet. More than likely they won't go into production until around summer with late summer shipments..the dates you posted are for the Tacoma headlights. But I will keep this thread updated with info as I receive it

    damn, again with the LED DRLs. I guess I'm in the minority, I much prefer the look of amber DRLs of my 2017 Limited. Silly or not, I didn't buy a Platinum bc of the DRL.

    I remember back in the day, I think it was Audi that made LED DRLs cool. Now, every damn car on the road has the same LED DRL lights. I suppose I'll have to retrofit. @4Runner, it's funny bc I was looking at Kustom54's website earlier today.
