I got a harness fix sent to me in the mail and was wondering what the fix was for the 2018 tundra headlights where the recall came out. I would like to update my truck before I put the new harness in. I need this stupid error message off my dash ASAP

I had the 3 amp fuse blow 2 times on my morimoto XBs. The tech advised me to use a 10 amp fuse. Just odd they send out the new headlights with the with the 3 amp fuses when you really need a 5 or 10 amp.

Just wanted to revive this thread because my 3amp fuse blew today after a few months of having these Morimoto XB's. I replaced as per the thread with a 5amp fuse and the DRL's are working now. Thanks to this thread.

I also have the Morimoto XB headlights in my 2008 Tundra and have blown 4 fuses using the 3 amp. I'll try the 5 amp per this thread. Glad I'm not the only one with this issue..

I kept blowing that fuse until they sent me a different harness
