Hooked up the passenger side and only the middle projector is working. The inside high beam works. What am I missing? There is an extra connector on the headlight for which I do not have a match in the truck.

Both low beam projectors and high beam work on driver's side. I also made sure all connectors are secure on both sides.

Can I connect the passenger side light to the driver side without screwing anything up just to see if it is the wiring in the truck?

Just to narrow it down to the light I would connect it to the driver's side to rule out the harness on the truck and then contact the vendor that you purchased from. Double check all of the connectors on the passenger side to make sure there are no damaged or bent pins. I'm pretty sure both low beams are powered from the same connector. This is the first that I have heard of one not working... @Headlight Revolution

Ugh. Connected passenger side light to driver side and got the same result. The same low beam projector is not working.

    Message sent to Headlight Revolution.

    Thanks @Tundra234 .

Man, that sucks. Excitement to disappointment in flick of switch. Hopefully they make it right really fast.

True dat! I spent some bank on those lights. But sh!t happens. Maybe I just need to change something with my wiring. I am sure Headlight Revolution will make it right.

Now I think it is something on the truck side. Can you plug in the stock headlight and see if it works? Do you know anyone else that you could try it on their truck?

I have been using the stock headlights. They work fine. When the assembly did not work last time, I took both XBs out and put in the OEMs.

Also, if the driver's side works as it should, move it to the passenger side and see what happens. That would rule out the passenger light itself.

Strange how the inside projector worked on the first unit but does not on the replacement. I am going to try the driver side assembly on the right side. Stay tuned.

Driver side light operates properly on passenger side. I am at a loss.

Does the new passenger light work on the drivers side?

Negative. Middle projector does not function when plugged in on either side. High beam works.

I'm stumped that you have had 2 passenger side lights do the same thing.

Ha. Join the club. I guess a phone call to @Headlight Revolution on Monday is the next step. If I get a third assembly I wonder if they can test it before shipping.

Thanks for taking the time to try and diagnose the problem @Tundra234 .

There is a guy named Travis that is a Morimoto technician I believe. Let me see if I can find his email. I forgot all about him.

    Update

Gotta tell ya I am not too happy with Morimoto and Headlight Revolution. Over two weeks since I shelled out mega bucks for the original set (plus a replacement!) and I still do not have a functioning pair of LED headlights. After last weekend's disappointment I called HR on Monday to get a third passenger side XB assembly. I had to call again today only to be told the unit will ship Monday. Not a happy camper.

Return all of it and get oem led headlights instead?

    Update II

Received the 3rd passenger side assembly and.....it WORKS! Its about time. Now I need to adjust them. How the heck do you adjust them left to right? The hot spots are too far apart. I can adjust up and down by turning the white screw head- see picture of driver side. I think the left/right adjustment is tucked up under the fender.

Is that parked from 25ft away? That look awfully closed to the garage.

I would pull up as closed to the garage door as u can. Use painter tape, tape the center of the beam for each side. Then back up 25 ft and adjust you cutoff to that mark. Thats where the center of your beam for each side should be. If u feel it's still high, drop another 2inch. Then u won't blind anyone.
