How fast do I need to replace this. I replaced the wheel hub about three four months ago and I just noticed I’m missing my lug and thread.

You could probably run it forever without issue if we're being honest. I'd fix it. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

I snapped off two because previous owner overtorqued stuff out back.

It's super easy, took me 10 minutes to swap out two with basic tools. What to buy is here, in reply #11. Process is very simple, @Tundra2 shows the process here, in reply #2.

FGT lug nut torque is 83 ft-lbs which is not much compared to newer trucks with 14 mm studs. A lot of the tire stores just crank them on with an impact gun reaching 150-200 ft-lbs. Always ask them to use a torque wrench. Lug studs and nuts threads are designed to produce a certain static clamping force due to elastic stretch at the specified torque value. Usually this is 50-80 percent of yield force where the stud starts to deform plastically. Once plastic deformation has occurred the stud is weakened and will not return to pretorque dimensions. The weakened stud will then fail under stress.
