Got a pair of paint matched OEM mirror caps to replace the chrome ones. I thought the caps pop off by carefully using a pry tool around the edges of the cap. The instructions I received show removing the glass and disconnecting the electrical wire to remove the cap from the inside. Can it be done without the glass removal? The ones who have done it, what say you?
