I don’t go off road, but I’m in construction so I brought the timbren once I got the truck, I want to buy the add a leaf to raise the back and give me some suspension travel be4 hitting the timbren.

I thought of that, although the only thing I noticed was sag from the front, and the .5” tundra lean.

here are some pics including the beat UCA ball joints

Lol yeah they are.. I’m going with 6112 and camburg upfront.

I’ve also seen people get the SCP cam adjusters, is it necessary for my application or just skip that?

Might want to consider if you need to add front bump stop extensions, front sway bar drop spacers, and front differential drop spacers to keep cv shaft angles good

Wouldn’t I need the diff drop only for 3”+ lifts?

I didn't know what your plans are for total height. I am a big fan of trying to keep both upward and downward travel unaffected if possible for just a few dollars. Id say if you are going 2 1/2 or more do it.

SPC cam adjusters might be needed when you get alignment done if those on your truck are seized with rust. Sometimes cutting off rusted parts is more practical than spending too much labor messing around.

Yep. The carrier bearing and diff drop kits can both be had for around $60 total. Keeping proper geometry is always good. My front is 2.75". Zone uca's are pretty much level with the built in +3 caster (excellent alignment job too) and CV/axles. No driveshaft vibration either.

I might do 1.5-2 in front and see what I’ll do with the back. My 6112 are gonna take a couple weeks to get here.

I used to do this sort of thing myself. (not the alignment) Paul, the installer, has done many aftermarket coilover lifts and what not over the years. Even more alignments. Worth every $.

Only you know the condition of your hardware, I have no idea whether or not the bolts are seized. If you can get them and return if you don't need them, you might want to bring them along to the alignment shop.

There are so many many options a person can do. I'm focusing on the OP's thread title. "minor rear lift"...very many good points here so far. Decisions........

Of course I forgot to take a pre-install measurement but my calibrated eyeball says around an inch with the topper installed. There's a before and after pic in the install thread link and you can see the difference. My goal was similar to yours, to add back some rake and it came out just about right.

I got rear fox 2.0’s that are 0-1” lift since it was exactly what I was willing to do in the rear. That’s why I ask.
Good looks though, your rig is clean

As I mentioned my 07 had OME coilovers up front and I got 2.75" with a winch bumper and winch. If I recall correctly, I went with the 614 coils. I have a Ranch Hand grille guard on now. A bit heavy. I'm running with Fat Bob Garage Vated coilovers set at 2.75". Contrary to what has been posted previously, the Fat Bob's are US sourced parts. The 700 lb rated coils are made in Utah at SpringWorks. Shock guts are Bilstein without the Bilstein sticker on the shock body. Saves a $100. Anyways, my 07 never got the CO made SPC's which I wanted. The OEM uca's slanted down a lot on my 07. Never hit my coils though but alignments were always marginal. Adding the Zone uca's on my 14 made a world of difference alignment wise. This goes with any decent aftermarket UCA. Aftermarket UCA's can go sky high $ wise, but once again it depends on budget and what you do with your Tunny. We have folks here that run the deserts hard. Real hard, so you budget accordingly. They even break shit. Shit happens. You jump a tunny going fast....gravity will win in most cases unless your tunny is built for that type of use. You do your best to minimize any potential damage. Most of us here aren't totally nuts and don't push our tunnies to the limit like they do. "Ahem"... Props to those who do and post their trials and tribulations here. That's a whole different ball game. Bottom line.....it's all relative to what you expect performance wise. Hauling ass, towing a camper, work truck use, and slow white cable guy stuff....heh....heh...

Fat Bob's here too, many haters here, but they are doing a great job with my heavy a55 Ranchhand bumper. And yes, everything depends on how you intend to use the truck.

Fat Bob did have issues a few years back and was covered here. A bankruptcy. Under new management by a tech that witnessed the bs back then has turned around FBG bigtime. I was hesitant at first but quite pleased and the folks there know their shit. A same scenario happened here in Denver. RSG. Went to shit so some techs quit and started their own shop.

I got the Zone's for $500. Not adjustable but having the built in caster and being fully boxed welded steel was nice. That being said...I have it in writing....if my Vated coilovers ever fail, they will replace. I said .."what if I jump my tunny"? Replaced....I'm an old fart now and not jumping anything much anymore. Ha!

Since we are on the UCA subject a bit, if you guys like SPC you might do what I did and order Mevotech from partsgeek. The box says Mevotech, but the parts are in fact SPC and you will save some coin..like about $130.

True, but several folks are getting mismatched pairs. One side might not have a zerk. If you buy from @Toytec Lifts for example, you get a new set and customer support. I verified this with SPC here in Loveland. Edit....Longmont, RCI is in Loveland. Mevotech is old stock. Same thing when buying from RockAuto. SPC's rarely break, if ever, but I prefer buying from local dealers that get actual support from the mfr.

Yes, I am aware of the problems and I actually received each from a different warehouse plus the right side was missing all the hardware. Had to order another one and return the other.
