OK, let me explain. Grounds crew get these larger beefier carts, felicities get regular carts with small plastic beds. Well I had been eyeballing a cart that was out in the too broke to fix pile. Yesterday I said F it and pulled the bed off it. After some Unistrut and a couple L brackets I got that bed mounted to my cart. It's was not my fault the two pack out plates fit perfectly side to side, well 4 plates later I got this. I have not settled on the final set up. Northern Tool and HD did not have the large tool box that is the size of the wheeler with out the wheels and handle in stock, that should be prefect for the tool bag. Any thoughts?

Very nice. Add in some deep sockets, tire repair kit, gloves, etc if you can.

I have the Tundra socket in there but should add an extension. Good idea on the gloves. The tire repair kit is in the black case.

Very nice collection of packouts! Might be a little heavy in the rear once loaded with tools.

Currently, I have only M18 tools. I cannot pass on the buy 3 M12s (limited selection) get $200 off. Which three should I get? I am considering the Surge 1/4" impact driver (set with 2 batteries), M12 multi tool (do I need it if I have the M18?), and the M12 polisher/sander (2438-20). Would I be better served with the M12 3/8 ratchet? Or, the extended reach ratchet?

    Impact driver
Multi tool (even the M12 is great for random shit..used it a few times now)
Polisher and sander you may burn through the batteries (I don’t have them, but I can see it)
I have the M12 ratchet which has also been great. If you don’t have the right angle drill, and that’s an option- consider that too

I opted for the insider ratchet instead of the extended reach one - two birds with one stone.
I prefer the ergonomics of the M12 multi-tool over the M18… it’s just a little more compact

Bingo - portable starter is in the basket next to the packout because it would not fit.

Which impact is that? The mid-torgue does not fit well and I have to fit it in a higher spot but then still sits proud.

Pull it out (TWSS) and see if that’s the issue. Shave them off (I used an oscillator, but a good blade would also do it) and try setting it back in. Also do it under the inflator so it lies flatter
