Anybody know where to get the 1/2 anvil without having to pay ridiculous shipping? Amazon looks like nothing but Chinese knockoffs.

My husband 3D printed some battery holders for my work van. Much nicer than digging around for them.

Sounds like my butterfly wrench. Bought it in my early 20s when I had dreams of zipping bolts out of engine blocks and rebuilding them in my free time. Turns out the real world doesn’t offer that much free time hahah

Not me but one of our mutual aid depts. got a new engine with these tools. The chain saw and the mini jaws run on M18, and the rotary saw runs on some kind of giant Forge batteries. I mentioned those tools and batteries probably cost as much as the truck. That got some laughs.

Became tired of seeing power tools hanging up, and running out of space. I managed to clear out a drawer for most of them. I suppose I’ll start placing overflow of batteries in here, for now.

What is everyone doing with the extra red (mainly cubed size) containers from packouts? I know I can hang them up, but I’m trying to make the wall as clean as possible with less shit hanging up where not needed
Lately I’ve been placing them where I can in deep drawers and placing misc items in them (extra outlets, chains, oscillating blades, etc.)

Looking for a deal on the M18 brad and finish nailers. If anyone sees them pop up I’d appreciate a shoutout. Also, if anyone has used either of these can you confirm that they don’t leave a minor detent after firing. My dads old craftsman battery operated brad nailer would leave a mark and was basically unusable on facial pieces

I have the 18 gauge M18 Brad nailer and once the depth is set correctly for your work, the holes left behind are perfectly consistent. Just a hole left behind that is slightly larger than the brad head.

I was telling Tyler last night, that they work great. I use mine when I'm out shoveling snow and I start to sweat with it.

I took advantage of the final days of the BMSM offer from Red tool. I did separate purchases to get the most discounts. Put your items in to total $400 as close as possible and you'll get the $150 off. Making the subtotal $249. That's 37.5% off these usually not discounted items (10" structured tote for $118!!!)

I may get a low profile case and build my own first aid kit out of it
Right now I keep a backpack full of first aid, extra ammo, reflective vest, collapsible traffic cone etc in it.
i do like how my tire repair build kit turned out

I have an outdated 1st aid kit that I'm going to replenish with the contents of this kit and use the case for some else entirely. Original applications are infinite!
I'm reorganizing so many of my things into these cases. I have so many parts for bicycles, RC cars, home projects, truck projects, high voltage , low voltage, it, etc, etc... that I lose track of them in drawers or they cross over between projects and get lost from where I thought I put them. This system is perfect for all of them, now I just need a bigger garage!
