That is new to me. So what did you do, connect a second M12 battery to the one which would not fully charge, positive to positive and negative to negative?

Yes positive to positve and negative to negative; let it sit for about 30 minutes (do it on a non-metal surface)...

Disconnect and throw it on the charger, and it should be good... If not, rinse and repeat

I haven’t had to jump start any batteries like that, but I have pulled apart several 21700 cell packs to rebalance them with a battery charger (not a Milwaukee charger). You can jump start an m18 battery the same way. So I’m told…

What I do is connect two blades into pos/neg terminal and alligator clipped those to a battery charger (for small batteries) for 10-15 mins...then im golden.

Yes, my kid would let them just sit out and die and never charge them lol. I have his Razor dirt bike thing converted to run off of 5a Milwaukee batteries.

The ryobi stuff is the wife's
Bought the wife the mower about 3 years ago, had to get the bundle with chain saw and pole saw. Ya know to save money by spending more
The mower is great, perfect for the wife. I've been impressed with the saws for pruning and lite clearing around the homestead
Picked up a trimmer and blower last year, they are way to light duty for me, I'll keep my Red Maxx's

The Milwaukee stuff I buy with the intention of handing them down to Leo at some point so the extra expense is justified:rolleyes:

I threw my new drill and impact case in the dumpster at work the day after I got it. I didn’t think I could give it away much less sell it!

I think it’s usually the bigger tools that are hard to store that seem to sell. The case I got would be $90 from acme. Nuts

Many guys have had luck with HD price matching. Some stores have done it, and others won’t. Apparently, better luck at the self check out

I swear it has as much to do with the cashier as the store. At the same store I’ve had some cashiers tell me nope, and other cashiers throw in an extra 10% off the matched price. And it’s not because of how dapper and dashingly handsome I may be…

Only milwaukee hand tool I own they are very nice
I've owned these for just over a year, I also work in water and sometimes they live in the bed of a truck in the elements and they still look and work like new
I'd be lucky to get a year or two out of a set of Kleins or Craftsmans before they rusted out
At $25 how much cheaper can junk on the zon be

So, I sort of used it, but my framers used the m18 Hatchet. Hate to say it, one of the best Milwaukee tools I have used. We were cutting 12x12 treated beams for our front porch, and was using my Husqvarna 460 rancher. Decided to use the hatchet instead. You can not bog it down. Was using the Forge XC 8.0 battery that came with it. They were absolutely burying it in the beams and did not lock or bog. We cut 6 of the beams to length and only thing they would use, haha. We cut 6 beams, probably 20-24 minutes run time, only used 2 bars or half battery. Anything 6" or smaller I will use this and will not bother with the Husqvarna or Stihl MS171 I have.

My framers were going straight to HD to pick one up. All of the LVL, posts they cut when framing they wanted one. You have so much more control and can cut perfectly straight lines with it.

M18 Hatchet for the win x100!
