I’ll grab it, but why is it cheaper when it’s better?

    You just wait
Honestly, that's a good question. All I know is there are lots of good M12 tools, but but vacuums use a lot of energy and The M12 line just can't keep up with a vacuum. The battery life is not great and the suction is not great. I suppose if you had a very specific use and happened to have the best of the best M12 batteries perhaps it would make sense but otherwise M18 is the safe bet for vacuums.

Also the 2.5 gal has two sucking speeds

I just dont see me needing that much for basic clean-up's or when I am too lazy to use my wall vacuum.

I got this guy. Works really well and I like it better than the bigger m18 vacuum. Seems to do better with batteries as well. Only complaint is that it’s a weird ass shape. If you need to get into a tight corner.. fuhgeddaboudit

I have two of the M18’s. One I use for the house and the other is on shop duty. They are super handy, lightweight, and I haven’t had an issue yet. My wife and kids love them as well because they don’t have to dig out the 3ton Kirby for the small spills.

the cyber Monday stuff is here.
first this, I was avoiding getting this until the new drawer style comes out. Well this ended up being $free.99 because someone else never used it and saw my new collection.
    thumbnail_IMG_3959.jpg

next am going to try the back back because if I like it, the ability to click it in to a packout plate will be real handy, it will take a lot to get me away from Veto Propac, spent most of the day trying to set it up. we will see, if I don't like as my go to bag I can put gauges and what not in it.

Next is the real Cyber Monday haul. The band saw is a workmates that been wanting a tiny saw and got his first Milwaukee at $150 bucks, and of course if I got a new 3/8s driver I have to get 3/8 impacts. There's just no way I can use the new 1/2 impacts, right?

Is this an online deal, or do you have to go to a store? I've seen some real good prices on these HD deal of the day's.

 My wife has noticed some new red things laying around and wanted to know what that red box is that's plugged in to the wall:anonymous:

I used to have a Craftsman addiction and we had a joint Sears card
I wouldn't even get out of the store before she'd be calling me asking if I really needed whatever I purchased

    Have to Share this.
Have been fortunate to get Fuel gear through my son who is a construction millwright.
Recently he came home, the back of the pickup was open, I look in because well, he always has crazy tools in there.
This time in the corner was this random small Milwaukee drill painted green.
They paint all their tools so people on job sites know they belong to the company he works for.

So I ask him "what's up with that'
It's garbage going to be thrown out he says.
    So I take it. LOL
I like it because it is smaller, more compact than my FUEL drill.
I try it and there is a bad burning smell and bad noise.

I open it up and take it apart. The magnets look really rough. They are shot.
Its a $10 dollar part the service ring, but $25 for shipping. So forget that.
I look at the serial number its only two years old. Supposed to have a 5 year warranty.
I get an idea to send it in to Milwaukee.
I think Milwaukee is going to say this thing was abused, no receipt just the serial # on the drill and all that Green Paint.

So I send it in - free prepaid courier label. I get the "received" message the next day.
    3 days go by.
I check online this morning, still shows shipping status, and there is the general message at the top - we are really backed up and repairs may take longer.
3 hours later the courier shows up with a new drill.
The box wasn't covered.... anyone could have taken it.
    Thank u Milwaukee
    A feel good day.
Sent a pic of the new drill to my son - lol
