Check out the link at the top of my original post. Not sure if they are the same exact ones the rest are using, but I know many have used them with no problem.

Very true, thank you. Which fuse did you tap into to have only the amber lights come on like that? That's how I want to hook mine up

Sounds good, I'll try and run the wire through and under the dash as well. Same hook up as this diy mod but to the tail pretty much right

Don't think you have to worry about getting pulled over! Unless you go with red and blue lights instead of amber lol

RowdyRon I received my lights today and already have the other parts. Won't be able to start install until the weekend. I quickly looked inside the hood and under the driver dash and trying to figure out where you ran the wire through....thanks.

Hoping to have some time this weekend to re-route my wire into the cab as well. If so I'll update the thread with new pictures for the guys who want to connect them into the "TAIL" fuse.

Anyone have pics of where you mounted the lights? Did you put them in the grill or in the metal behind it?

I did have another question, how are these LEDs when it comes to weather. I didn't even notice if it said anything about that since they will be fully exposed. Humm...

They hold up really well. It rains a lot where I live and they have been perfect. I did notice that once they get dirty you have to be careful while cleaning them or you could rub some of the silicone-like sealant that is in front of the LED's off. Think I'm gonna just hit mine with a thin layer of some clear silicone all the way around so I don't have to worry about it.

Have seen other guys run them in the snow also. They are made pretty well aside from the sealant rubbing off over time. Post up some pics when you finish!

I got all the way up to the end and my "fuse circuit tap" is the wrong size. It's made for a regular fuse, not these mini fuses that are on the Tundra. The fuse wont fit inside it as the legs on the fuse are not long at all. Hummmm.. suuuucks.

Well I was able to make it work, but not how I want it. Right now they only come on with my headlights. Have to get the right fuse tap.

Dang! Yeah man they are called "low profile mini add a circuit". If im not mistaken the fusebox in the cab could possibly take the regular mini's if you wanted to route it a little further and connect to your tails.
