Looking to buy the following for a 2021 Cement CrewMax:

    -Decked Bed Storage System
-Camper Shell, preferably carpeted with vented windoors.
-Considering a black Diamondback HD cover if I can’t find a camper shell.

I forgot to post in here when I bought my 2021 last fall. I bought it in Bloomfield hills, brought it to Mount Pleasant where I live. I see plenty of Gen 2 and Gen 2.5s around, and I have seen two gen threes pretty consistently. One is always over by Ganiard elementary school, the other is always by one of a couple of different small businesses. Very good looking trucks.

    Hello fellow Michiganders!

Traverse City reporting in. Lived here for 8 years now, originally from Jersey but don't hold that against me.

I had a Gen 1 Tundra (99.5 model year) drove the hell out of it for 250K miles from Jersey to CA, then back again. Drove a Sequoia for a while then onto my current truck, a 2019 TRD PRO.

Just curious if y'all/youse/yunz have any suggestions for tonneaus that can withstand cold weather? I had an extang with snaps (yes, SNAPS) on my gen1 and it treated me well but it only saw the Sierras occasionally. I'm kinda lost in all the options.

No suggestions, I'm a Soft Topper cat.

Both my Tundras run soft toppers. My '08 has had one on it since 2013. It shows no wear. My '21 is too new to offer an opinion.

Welcome from the Michigan tri cities!

Will actually be up near Grayling tomorrow.

    Welcome to the show!

    KO

    Welcome, nice truck.

I have a Truxedo Lo Pro soft roll on mine. It does leak a little, but that could be from the bed rack I also have installed for my RTT, so I had to modify the tonneau to fit. Maybe next year I will try to seal it up better, but for now it does ok, I don't keep anything back there and when we travel we use Plano bins to pack in.

Before that I had a Truxedo TruXport that actually did really good at keeping water out but I wanted the ability to roll the cover back with the bed rack on.

Now if I didn't have the bed rack (with the soft roll I can still roll the cover back most of the way) I would probably look for a hard roll like a Bak Revolver or similar. I prefer the roll vs fold personally.

Thanks @Gaston and @koditten nice to meet you!

Same here on the roll vs fold. I was really leaning toward the BAK revolver then I saw these:

Soft tonneaus shrink in the cold and I always had probs getting them back on in the winter. Currently leaning toward the Truxedo Deuce so I could flip it up without taking it off the frame.

True, they do shrink when temps drop. I'm spoiled with my heated shop, so I forget about that aspect.

I guess that hadn't crossed my mind as I don't usually need access to the bed of the truck during winter. But the few times I have uncovered the bed in winter I haven't had an issue with the tonneau shrinking and having trouble closing it back up.

The Deuce looks like an interesting tonneau cover

I’m looking for body color door handles for
my 2020 Platinum…been directed to Sparks auto but then to have them painted to match. I don’t have any good leads on a good local body/paint shop in SE Michigan…or TC area (house Up North, live in metro Det).

Any recommendations? Or door handles for sale?

You just need to find a truck that has color matched handles in the color you want.

Barrow that VIN and enter that number in the search line.

My 21 nightshade has black handles. If that is the color you need I'll get you the part number.

This is the place I used for obtaining parts.
