Howdy from the Frederick County side of Mount Airy. I'm one of the cement gray trucks running around with a TRD PRO grille.

It would be fun to do a group trip out to a place like Rausch Creek.

Yep, chromed steel front bumper ends. The rest of the "chrome" is gone. I'd like to put one of the nice aftermarket bumpers on, but... $$$$

Hey, I’m from Hampstead, MD! I just ordered a 15-17 TRD Pro grill for my ‘19 Cement Tundra and the Jomax relocation kit. Did you have any problems relocating your sensor?

In for Rausch if a trip gets organized. Been a handful of times from when I had my Jeep. Complete blast.

Gear swap failed. The shop can't get the correct gear ratio spaced. Anyone know of a shop in MD that can swap my 4.30s to 5.29s and toss my LSD in? I don't have the experience to do it myself. I've gone through two shops at this point. First was just poor communication that left a bad taste in my mouth and this one is a family friend who only works on old stuff and said he could do it (should have known better).

I was waiting to see where you got yours done Incase I wanted to move up to 37’s. One of the things holding me back is not really having anyone somewhat local to do the gears. There is a place in Virginia I was looking into a little while back but I can’t remember the name.

Boss Offroad outsources them in VA. I'm waiting for them to call me back. Two hour drive but at this point, I'd make the sacrifice. 5.29s and LSD have been sitting in my kitchen forever and now I'm out $100 and a car rental fee with nothing to show for it. Beyond furious.

Yup. They're always busy but I've had nothing but good dealings with them. Spoke to someone there (Forget the name) and they said they outsource to a shop. But if they do it frequently, I'd be inclined to trust the work.

Check out Appalachian Off-road in Westminster, they do a lot of custom/fab work. It’s mainly on jeeps though but im sure they can handle it no prob.

I’ve personally used BWT Off-road in Westminster and they are very knowledgeable guys that work on Tundras/Toyota’s a lot because they do all the aftermarket work for Koons Toyota. My experience was just with an alignment and tire mounting though.

Maybe a dumb question here, but does your truck not already have a lsd? Or does it need to be changed with the gearing? Total noob sorry

Could give ma-motorspoets.com a call, they might do that type of thing. In Glen arm, Baltimore county

Just drove past a Charcoal grey Tundra In Odenton with Big EMP sticker on back window. That Tundra looks sick! If anyone knows him or her, give them a shout out for me.

That's Jeremy with Extra Mile Performance. He owns the shop there in Odenton. He's got a facebook and instagram page for the shop as well, always showing off his truck and other Toyotas they're working on. He's a really good dude if you ever need work done, or just want to shoot the shit with.

New Tundra owner here from Frederick. I picked up my SR5 Trail edition about 3 weeks ago.

I love just about everything about the new truck except the seat. Mine's like sitting on a board. Any recommendations for a shop that might be able to help out with replacing the foam or something like that?

My seat is pretty large and comfy, but my truck is a 2014. Its had a few years to break in.

I feel your pain though. I had a 2017 Tacoma that I just could not get comfortable in. No matter how I adjusted the seat it never felt "right"
